ESCAL8 Project was created by parent company EDUC8 which specializes in design, analysis, BIM submission, As-built point cloud scanning, Asset Coding for facility management of Building Information modelling (BIM) for the government, enterprises, and contractors. As BIM become the new paradigm in Malaysian architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, we deliver value to our customer by increasing project quality, reducing project duration and construction cost.

What we do:
⚫ Digital Representation
Our BIM consultancy offer a digital representation of the real project facility, including function systems services (HVAC, electrical) and aesthetics (walls, roof, windows).
⚫ BIM Model Authoring, Management & Training
We also experienced in addressing the BEP and transfer the 2D drawing from multi-discipline consultants to 3D Model with clash analysis LOD 300 to LOD 500. With the team expertise and experiences, we believed our skills and experience will benefit the clients.
⚫ Collaboration
From the Project Information (Work process + technology) our BIM team creates one communication channel to push a project forward efficiently and collaboratively. The process and methodology by a team of architects, engineers, other consultants, and contractors work collaboratively and utilizing the same database and computer model.
